Rajasthani Dahi Bhendi Recipe Using Edible Cooking Oil

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped bhindi
  • 1 cup dahi
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp besan
  • 1 trp jeera
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • ⅛ tsp hing
  • 1 tsp Refined Soybean Oil
  • Salt to taste

Procedure

  • Steam the bhindi for 5-7 mins until soft
  • Combine the curds, coriander powder, chilli powder, gram flour, and salt with 2 tbsp of water
  • Heat Doctors’ Choice Refined Soybean Oil in a pan and add the jeera, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, hing, and curry leaves
  • Once the seeds crackle, add in the curd mixture and steam bhindi and let them boil. Let them simmer for 3-4 mins
  • Enjoy delicious hot dahi bhindi garnished with coriander
