How To Cook
- ¼ Cup Chopped Mint Leaves
- ½ Cup Chopped Coriander
- 5-6 Whole Cashewnuts
- ¼ Cup Thick Dahi
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 25mm Ginger
- 1 tsp Doctors’ Choice kachi ghani oil
- Salt to taste
Ingredients For the Tikka
- ½ Cup Capsicum- Cut into small cubes
- ½ Cup Onion Cubes
- ½ Cup Paneer Cubes
- 3-4 Boiled Potatoes
Step-by-Step Process
Process for the Marinate
- Grind the mint, coriander, cashew nuts, green chillies, and ginger altogether.
- Mix the coriander paste along with the curd, mustard oil, and salt. Keep it aside for some time.
Process for the Tikka
- Add the onion, capsicum, paneer, and potatoes to the marinade and keep it aside for ½ hour.
- Add one piece of onion, potato, capsicum, and paneer to a wooden skewer. Repeat the process
Process for the Next Step
- Place the skewers into the microwave and let them sit for 3 minutes.
- Remove and spoon the marinade from the plate back onto the tikkas and microwave on high for 2 more minutes.
