Achari Paneer Tikka (Step by step Recipe)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh curd
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1.5 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ tsp haldi
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- ¼ tsp methi powder
- ¼ tsp ajwain
- 2 tbsp Doctors’ Choice Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil
- ½ tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 cubed capsicum
- ½ medium-sized onion
- 9 paneer cubes
- 3 tsp cooking oil (for roasting)
Procedure:
- Take curd and place it into a large bowl
- Add mustard powder, chili powder, turmeric, fennel powder, cumin powder, garam masala, methi powder, ajwain, and kasuri methi leaves.
- Further add the ginger-garlic paste
- Add salt to taste
- Whisk into a smooth mixture to ensure the spices blend well with the curd
- Now add the capsicum, onions, and paneer
- Mix all gently without breaking the paneer
- Cover and store the mixture in the fridge to marinate for an hour
- Now place the marinated paneer, onions, and capsicum over a pan and pan fry it all
- Roast the tikkas on a medium flame on both sides with Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil
