How To Cook

  1. 500g chicken, boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  2. 2 tablespoons Doctors Choice soybean oil 
  3. 1 large onion, finely chopped
  4. 2 tomatoes, pureed
  5. 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  6. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  7. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  10. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  11. 1/2 cup cream
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  1. Heat soybean oil for cooking in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw aroma disappears.
  3. Incorporate tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  4. Stir in chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Cook the spices for a minute to enhance their flavours.
  5. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the masala mixture. Cook until the chicken is partially done.
  6. Pour in the cream and mix thoroughly. Allow the chicken to simmer in the creamy sauce until fully cooked and tender.
  7. Season with salt according to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
