How To Cook
- Boneless 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes.
- ¼ cup of rice bran oil.
- ¼ cup fresh cream.
- 2 tablespoons of hung yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
- ½ teaspoon paper powder.
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Fresh coriander
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
- Mix the fresh cream, hung yoghurt, cheese, paper, cardamom powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, and salt in a large bowl.
