Chicken Porcupine (Dumpling) Recipe

Ingredients:
- 250 gm chicken mince
- 3 tbsp finely chopped carrots
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp physically refined rice bran oil
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 3 tbsp spring onions
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- ½ cup rice, oil it for greasing
Procedure:
- Wash and soak the rice for 2 hours. Drain the water and keep it aside. Take the chicken mince and mix all the ingredients in a bowl, dividing them into equal-size balls
- Roll these balls into the raw soaked rice and place them on a greased plate. Steam them all on high heat for 15 mins
- Remove them once done and enjoy these delicious chicken dumplings with soya sauce
