Crispy Pan Fried Fish Recipe

  • Remove the fish from the fridge 15 mins before cooking. Pat them dry with paper towels and season them with salt on both sides. Set them aside until they are ready to cook
  • Add the eggs & milk into a bowl. Season it with salt & pepper, beat it with a whisk to ensure its well blended
  • Place the flour into another bowl. Season it well with salt & pepper. Mix it all well 
  • Dip the fish filets into the egg mixture and then dip them in flour to coat. Repeat this twice to ensure the fish is coated well
  • Heat a skillet over a medium flame. Add in the flavored fish and cook it for roughly 2-3 mins or until they are golden brown. Flip & cook the other end well
