Dry Andhra Pepper Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 500 gm chicken drumsticks
- 10 gm turmeric
- 50 gm ginger-garlic paste
- 100 gm green chili paste
- Salt to taste
- Doctors’ Choice Refined Sunflower Oil
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 5 gm cumin seeds
- 2 gm curry leaves
- 100 gm onions
- 50 gm coriander powder
- 50 gm crushed pepper
- 50 gm coriander leaves
Procedure
- Chop onions and coriander leaves
- Marinate the chicken with turmeric, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, salt and lemon juice
- Heat Refined Sunflower Oil in a pan and add cumin seeds
- Once they crackle, add the chopped onions and saute them until golden brown
- Add the curry leaves, coriander powder, and crushed pepper. Saute them for 2 minutes and then add the marinated chicken
- Sear on a high flame and then reduce the flame cooking it all for roughly 15 more minutes
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and cook it for 2 mins
- Garnish it with chopped pepper and coriander leaves and enjoy with white steamed rice
