
Grilled Portobello Marinated Mushroom Recipe with Mustard Oil

This section is divided into marination and mushrooms. The ingredients needed to prepare this dish are given below:
For marination
- 100 g yoghurt
- 10 g kasundi
- 10 g thyme
- 10 g garlic
- 2 g parsley
- 2 / 3 tablespoons of Doctor’s Choice Mustard Oil
- 5 g salt
- 5 g black pepper
- 10 ml mustard oil
- 2 g fresh coriander, finely chopped
For the mushrooms
- 8-10 portobello mushrooms, 8-inch thick
- 1/2 cup onion, square slices of 1 1/2 inch
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, square slices of 1 1/2 inch
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, square slices of 1 1/2 inch
- Take all the ingredients along with Doctor’s Choice Mustard Oil in a large mixing bowl and marinate.
- Mix the ingredients well and make till the mixture turns smooth and thick.
- Add the portobello mushrooms, onion slices, and red and yellow bell pepper slices to the mixture.
- Mix the entire thing very gently so the vegetables and mushrooms don’t get crushed.
- Cover and let it freeze for half an hour or overnight depending upon your convenience.
- Add the marinated mushrooms, onions and peppers onto the tandoor skewers.
- Grill it and cook it on all sides. Make sure to not burn it.
- Serve the dish hot with additions like sauteed vegetables, potatoes, french fries and garlic mash.
