
Healthy Chicken Soup Using Refined Rice Bran Oil

How To Cook
- 250 gms chicken
- 1 carrot
- ½ cup sweet corn
- 1 potato
- 1 cup vegetables ( as per your liking)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tsp Doctors’ Choice Physically Refined Rice Bran Oil
For the Spices
- 1 small bay leaf
- 4 pepper corn
- 2 inch cinnamon piece
- Add the chicken, potatoes, vegetables, and water to a cooker
- Tear up the bay leaf and break the cinnamon. Add in the pepper corns to it
- Boil for 3 mins or until the chicken comes to a boil
- Set the chicken aside. Shred up the meat and remove all the bones
For the Soup
- Heat Doctors’ Choice Rice Bran Oil in a pan. Saute the ginger and garlic for approx one minute
- Add in the vegetables and fry it for a minute
- Strain the chicken stock in a pan and boil it all for a while
- Add salt to the chicken. Turn it off once done
- Cool down the delicious chicken soup. Then add squeezed lemon juice and pepper powder for more flavor
- Enjoy delicious, healthy chicken soup warm. You can add in some boiled noodles if you feel like
