Ingredients for Kadai Masala

1. Coriander seeds

4. Half-inch cinnamon
5. Green cardamons
6. Crushed black pepper
7. Kashmiri red chilli 

Keeping the flame medium, roast the coriander seeds and chiili for up to 2 minutes. Add fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamons and black pepper to the pan. Roast the whole thing until it turns aromatic. Let it cool and grind it into fine pieces.

2. Tomato puree
3. Ginger-garlic paste
4. Capsicum

1. Red chilli
2. Turmeric
3. Salt
4. Cumin seeds

6. Garam masala

Preparation

1. First of all, take a pan, put kachi ghani mustard oil in the pan and keep it to medium flame. Add cumin seeds and chillies. Add finely chopped onions and fry it for 5 minutes until turns golden. Then add ginger-garlic paste.

2. Add chicken and saute for 5 minutes. You can add all the masala and cook it well for some time.

3. The next step is to add the tomato puree and cook it for 5 minutes until the paste is thickened.

4. Stir fry the bell peppers and onions for 2 minutes. Transfer this to the kadai chicken gravy and put some salt as per your taste.

5. Garnish with coriander and chillies and serve hot.
