Mustard Garlic Mutton Recipe

Mutton usually prepared using Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil allows for its soft texture to remain intact without compromising on its flavorful essence.
Here’s how you can enjoy this recipe at home.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg mutton- cut into small cubes
- 1 cup onions (thinly sliced)
- 3 tbsp chopped garlic
- 3 tbsp mustard seeds
- 50 ml vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 4 green chilies
- 5 tbsp Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 lime
Procedure:
- Grind the garlic, mustard, ginger, curry leaves, and green chilies with vinegar. Make it all into a paste
- Rub this paste onto the mutton pieces. Add salt to taste
- Keep it covered in the fridge overnight
- Heat Doctors’ Choice Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil in a pan. Fry the onions until light brown
- Add mutton with the marinade
- Cover and simmer till the mutton is cooked
