Mutton Korma Recipe with Doctors’ Choice Mustard Oil

How To Cook

  • 500 grams of mutton
  • 4onions ( sliced)
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 100g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp kachi ghani mustard oil
  • 3 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ turmeric powder
  •  1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt according to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnishing
  • Sliced almonds and cashews for garnish
  • Take a pan and heat the kachi ghani mustard oil. After that, add the sliced onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • Next, add the ginger-garlic paste and cook, stirring, for a few minutes to eliminate any raw smells.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes now and cook until the water begins to evaporate.
  • Then, add the mutton pieces to the pan and thoroughly combine them with the mixture.
  • Next, incorporate the yogurt, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, blending well to coat the mutton thoroughly.
  • After that, lower the heat and simmer the covered mutton until it becomes tender. Remember to give it an occasional stir. Add a tiny bit of water to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
  • After the mutton is cooked, add the garam masala and stir.
  • Garnish the mutton korma with freshly chopped coriander and add sliced almonds and cashews. Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
