How To Cook

  • 2-3 pounds salmon filet
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of Rice Bran oil
  • 1 preserved lemon – skin only finely diced
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley – minced
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • Make sure to wash and dry the salmon fillet gently.
  • Lightly coat salmon with sea salt and pepper.
  • In a large pan, pour Rice Bran oil and heat it on medium flame.
  • When oil turns hot, add the fish skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Place the fish on a serving platter and cover it with a towel or aluminium foil to keep it warm.
  • Add lemon, parsley and capers with a little more Rice Bran, healthy edible cooking oil.
