
Shahi Paneer Korma Recipe with Rice Bran Oil

How To Cook
- 250g paneer
- 3 tbsp Doctors’ Choice Rice bran oil
- 2 chopped onions
- ½ cup tomato puree
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Cashew paste (10-12 pieces)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Add sugar and salt as per your taste
- 1/2 cup water
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Start with heating rice bran oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and cook until they turn brown. You can add ginger garlic paste then stir both till your kitchen resonates with the blissful aroma.
Step 2: Prepare the Gravy
In the next step to prepare the creamy gravy, you need to add tomato puree and turmeric, coriander, and chilli powder, and keep cooking it till the oil separates. Once it’s done, you can add the cashew paste and yoghurt and cook on low heat.
Step 3: Add the Paneer
Now it’s time to make it more creamy and thick. Add the cream with salt and sugar according to your taste and mix it properly. Add water too as it maintains the consistency. Now, add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Serve & Savour
Your rich and creamy Shahi paneer korma is ready but needs a final touch. Garnish it with coriander leaves and now you can relish it with naan, roti or steamed rice.
