Soya Mexican Chilli Recipe with Soyabean Oil

2. Diced onion & bell peppers

3. Cloves & garlic

Preparation

1. The soybean mexican chilli recipe starts with soaking the dry soybean in a bowl of water. You can keep soybeans soaked in water to the level it doubles.

2. Put the soybean in a pressure cooker with 6-7 cups of water. Let it boil for 30 minutes.

3. Heat a pan and put Doctors’ Choice soybean cooking oil into it. Keep the flame to medium. Add finely chopped onions, and fry for 5 minutes. Then add garlic bell and pepper, and keep stirring for 5 mins.

4. Sprinkle chilli powder, cumin, sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until it’s all perfectly mixed.

5. Finally add the soaked soybeans and tomato paste. Keep it to boil for 30 minutes on a medium flame.

6. Last but not the least, add some coriander leaves to the curry and let it sit for 5 minutes. The coriander leaves add an extra flavour to this delicious dish, making it loved by many.
