Ingredients
- 1 cup of guinness
- 1kg chicken
- 1/4 cups of smoky barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cups of brown sugar
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Making Chive Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1/5 cups of egg mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- Doctors’ Choice kachi ghani mustard oil
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
Preparing Sticky Guinness Chicken Wings Recipe
Step1:
It begins with mixing guinness, barbeque sauce, brown sugar, tomato puree, and vinegar in a pan. Keep the flame medium as this slow cooking helps in enhancing the taste of the flavours. Stir the mixture for 5 minutes till the brown sugar melts.
Step2:
Take a bowl and mix the guinness and the chicken wings. Carefully cover the mixture and refrigerate for 5 hours.
Step3:
Set the oven to 200C and put a baking tray. Drain the wings and reserve the marinade. Donot forget to put a baking paper in the tray. Put the marinate in a pan and boil for 5-10 minutes.
Step4:
Bake the wings with some of the marinate for 50 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Step5:
Make the chive mayonnaise by combining egg mayonnaise, sour cream, Doctors’ Choice kachi ghani mustard oil, one of the best mustard oil in Kolkata and freshly chopped chives, adding salt and pepper to the same.
Step6:
Heat the remaining guinness on medium heat. Drizzle with guinness mixture. Now. it’s ready to be served hot with chive mayonnaise.
