Tandoori Paneer Pizza (Veg) Recipe

They are prepared with multiple vegetarian ingredients that give out that Italian essence without one having to compromise on their favs. One such fav vegetarian pizza is the Tandoori Paneer Pizza recipe.
Being more of a fusion pizza, especially for parties and get-togethers, this recipe gives your the flavors of Italy with a flavorful tandoori tadka.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 thin crust pizza base
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
For the Paneer Topping
- 1 cup paneer cubes
- ¼ cup onions cubes
- ¼ cup capsicum cubes
- ¼ cup tomato cubes
- 2 tsp Doctors’ Choice Refined Soybean Oil
For The Mixture
- ½ cup thick curd
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp dried kasuri methi
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp butter
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE
For the Topping
- Combine the paneer, onions, capsicum, tomatoes. Marinade them in a bowl, toss them gently and then keep them aside for 10 mins
- Heat Doctors’ Choice Refined Soybean Oil on a non-stick tava and add in the marinade veggies and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 mins
- Remember to divide the toppings into 2 equal portions
For the Pizza Base
- Place a pizza base on a dry surface. Spread ¼ cup of sauce and 1 portion of paneer. Sprea them evenly
- Sprinkly ¼ cup of cheese evenly
- Repeat the top steps to prepare the second pizza
- Place both the pizzas on a greased baking tray and bake them in a pre-heat oven at 200 deg for roughly 10-12 mins
- Cut them into equal slices once done and enjoy!
